Clenbuterol-Ver is a selective group of β2-agonists. Clenbuterol Hydrochloride is a drug having rapid bronchodilator effect. Its action is due to the specific stimulation of β2 - adrenergic smooth muscle. Upon binding to these activated enzyme adenylyl cycles, which leads to an increase in intracellular cyclic AMP and activation of protein kinase A, and denies the ability to connect myosin with actin, resulting in relaxation of the bronchial tubes. Clenbuterol-Ver stimulates cells of the bronchial mucosa, and enhances the expectoration. At therapeutic doses prescribed Clenbuterol-Ver no effect on heart rate and blood pressure.
